I love programming since my first line of code I did on the C64 in Basic. Somewhere in 90ties I've switched from C++ to java and spent next20 Years developing mostly Java software working for various companies and projects. Now I work for Engenius in Switzerland being Java/Kotlin developer during the days and Scala/Haskell open source hacker at nights.
Pure Kotlin
ConferenceYou can write Haskell in any language. In this talk, I am going to show you how to do that in Kotlin.
You will see a beautiful world without loops, variables, and other impure monsters. Instead, you will see monads that work on production. I will demonstrate how to create a useful functional framework for web applications. On top of that an insane linter that enables you to gradually enforce purity in your projects.
Scheduled on Wednesday from 10:30 to 11:20 in Room 1
